Clinical Supervision
For fellow therapists, I also offer Clinical Supervision.
Clinical Supervision is similar to a therapy relationship, however the goal is to help other therapists grow professionally and enhance their safe and effective use of self. It is similar to therapy as the focus is on what is going on inside of our hearts and minds, but the focus is on the skills that are being used as a therapist as well as the best interest of the clients who they are serving. Before practicing independently, Registered Psychotherapists are required to spend 150 hours in clinical supervision as a part of their professional development. Clinical Supervision is a helpful element for all therapists to take part in, regardless if they have just started out or have been practicing for decades. In short, Clinical Supervision makes sure that we are all practicing in a safe manner and checking out blind spots.
If you are a therapist who is hoping to connect in this manner, feel free to contact me through this website or email/call directly
